Transmitter Wizard manipulates ActuatorSettings

Description

It seems while starting calibration, wizard sets brutally neutral point to 1000.
This seems to run motors high speed with Dshot or bidirectional ESCs.

I actually think that 1000-2000 is traditional range that makes no sense in following cases:

  • OneShot

  • MultiShot

  • DSHot

  • Brushed

  • possibly also for I2C escs.

I have always though that using 0-100% meta range would be best today, with all those protocols which have very little in common with 1000-2000 uS range.

Additionally
Problem 1:

  1. Set test output true, Output range is 1000, 2000 and it is set to 1000.

  2. Go to Vehicle to swap channels (I swaped channel 2 with 4, because ESC cables are soldered in different order now).

  3. Output went to max 2000 and all motors started spinning.

Problem 2:
When changing to OneShot125, all min values in Output tab are set to 500us. Why ? 1000-2000 is pretty standard range.
