From a fresh Updated&Erased board
In UAVOBrowser, change refresh rate from 10000 to 100ms in EKFStateVariance.
Effective Rx rate is increased.
EKFStateVariance will be unused at this state and muted since EKFStateVarianceSet() is not called at least one time.
Indeed, but it seems it (incorrectly) depends on FlightUpdatePeriodic
Changing that to 0, makes it stop sending updates.
Not sure what's the best update method replacing FlightUpdatePeriodic, of course setting to 0 disable the update but need to do it by hand.
Here is a PR where the advanced UAVOs are only sent if used/updated in flight side, reducing telemetry bandwidth.
