Display currently active PathDesired end coordinate in opmap

Description

In The PFD, the direction and distance to the currently active waypoint is displayed, along with the desired target altitude and speed.

But unlike the path-planners pre-programmed waypoints, the map is not displaying this vital information, even though it can be quite different in positionhold or RTB scenarios and would be very useful for debugging nav features.

The map code likely needs complete refactoring at some point due to high complexity and low maintainability. This change does not address any refactoring and instead adds this new feature into the existing legacy/interim code, based on the code used for homelocation display.
